EMCOR Subsidiary CEO Receives Exceptional Service Award From ASHRAE
ORLANDO, FL – June 21, 2010 – William M. Dillard, CEO of Mechanical Services, Inc. (MSI), has been honored by ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers) with an Exceptional Service Award for 2010, established to recognize members who have served the organization faithfully and with exemplary effort.

Mr. Dillard has been an active member of ASHRAE for the last 36 years (since 1974). He previously served as chairman of ASHRAE's Energy Management and Government Affairs committees, and recently as a member of the organization's committee for High Performance Green Buildings, which is in the process of setting new sustainability standards. Mr. Dillard also played an important role in crafting the ASHRAE mission statement when he served on the Long-Range Planning Committee, and has led his chapter in individual contributions to research for the past 20 years. He also served as general chair of three ASHRAE Conferences hosted in Orlando: 1994, 2005, and 2010.
