ORLANDO, FL – November 9, 2011 – Bill Dillard, founder and CEO of EMCOR Services Mechanical Services, Inc. (MSI), recently presented a $84,410 check to Frontline Outreach, Inc. President Arto Woodley, Jr., during ceremonies at the 27h Annual MSI-Frontline Outreach Golf Tournament Benefit held recently at Orange County National Golf Center & Lodge in Orlando, Florida.
