How Our Program Works

Everyone on the MSI team can nominate peers and direct reports who demonstrate an outstanding dedication to one or more of the six critical components of safety:

Each quarter, the safety committee reviews nominations, makes selections for recognition, and determines in which category the awardee belongs.
