Butch is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and completion of the preconstruction phase of EMCOR Services MSI's (MSI) projects.

He works to meet client’s cost objectives through precise contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding. Butch assures that the project estimates are accurate, complete, and reflect the actual requirements of the project.

He establishes and maintains relationships with existing and new clients and develops leads to help identify pursuit targets. Butch’s thorough understanding of all project control systems, his commitment to client service, and his keen problem-solving ability qualify him as an ideal director of preconstruction services.

Expertise

Butch brings over 34 years of experience in design and construction in the Central Florida HVAC industry. With 23 years experience in management, Butch previously served as an account manager, vice president, and president at various HVAC contracting businesses throughout his career.

His business portfolio includes various healthcare facilities, office buildings, and K-12 education facilities and universities. Butch joins the MSI team from Harper Limbach, LLC where he served as an estimating and account manager.

Butch graduated from Valencia Community College with an Associate of Science Degree in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology. He is recognized by the State of Florida as a certified class “A” A/C contractor and a certified mechanical contractor.

He holds a certification for Refrigeration Transition and Recovery Type I & II from Ferris State University. Butch is an active member in ASHRAE and Associated Builders and Contractors.

The Personal Side

Butch and his wife have been married for 35 years. He is a member of St. Philip’s Anglican Church. He enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, hunting, off-shore fishing, and shooting sporting clays.
