David is a top industry professional with extensive mechanical, building automation, and HVAC experience. Throughout his career, he has leveraged his expertise and knowledge in the marketplace to provide countless customers with effective, innovative solutions.
He joined MSI after a 33 year career in the commercial HVAC industry, most recently at Carrier Corporation where he spent 20 years, and held positions of increasing responsibility including Orlando Service Manager, Florida General Manager, and South East Regional General Manager.
Prior to working at Carrier, he worked for Edison Source, building their service markets in El Paso, TX and Oahu, HI.
David has spent the majority of the last 17 years of his career in the Central Florida market, and is involved in local trade organizations including the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He earned a degree is business from the University of Phoenix.
