Steven oversees MSI's entire Orlando projects group, managing both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives, helping to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Expertise
With over two decades of industry experience, Steven has built a strong foundation across every facet of a project, from inception to completion. He began his career at MSI in 2005 as an Apprentice in the controls department, where he gained hands-on experience and expertise in system installations, controls, testing and balancing (TAB), and commissioning.
After attending and graduating from Local Union 803 in 2010, he transitioned to a supervisory role in 2015. In this capacity, he oversaw all phases of projects, from job planning to complex installations to TAB that adhered to National Environmental Balancing Bureau standards. His deep technical knowledge, coupled with his leadership skills, contributed significantly to the successful commissioning of numerous projects.
In 2023, Steven was promoted to General Manager of our Orlando project team.

Steven enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two kids. Together, they love boating, fishing, and traveling.
