Wesley supervises both the projects and fabrication teams, leading a large group of high-level pipefitters, sheet metal craftsmen, and start-up technicians. His teams excel in the plan-and-spec market, and he is trusted by many general contractors. 

He provides daily management, supervision, and coordination of the preconstruction phase of MSI – Certified Air projects, developing them from design through pricing to construction.

Expertise

Wesley grew up in the HVAC industry, starting in high school with his father. He has grown through several positions, from a Sheet Metal Helper to a Service Tech to an Estimator and Project Manager. Each role has been crucial in his development as a successful General Manager.

Wesley has a degree in business supervision and management from Florida State College of Jacksonville and is a licensed, state-certified mechanical contractor in Florida.

He enjoys traveling with his wife and three kids, watching sports, and is an avid Atlanta Braves fan.
